The Trust investment in real estate, Fibra Uno, reported Thursday through the Mexican Stock Exchange that they acquired the portfolio denominated Utah, located in the city of Mexico in the corridor Reforma-Lomas.

The company estimates that the property will generate $ 6 million of net operative income.

Following the announcement Intercam designed the cap rate (Net Operating Income / value of the property) for the next 12 months at 8.8%, which would be positive for Fibra Uno also recommended buy for their titles.

The operation is added to the purchase of the portfolio Florida last Tuesday, composed of offices that increased with 21,755 square meters of gross area who likewise was acquired in cash, without reporting any debt.

The transaction amount was for 640.1 million pesos and has a potential to generate net operating income of about 57.2 million pesos
